01 / Nielsen Studio

Websites & brand collateral, built to convert.

Freelance web design from Aalborg, Denmark — sites, PDFs and decks that work as one system.

02 / Studio

I design and build websites — and the brand collateral around them. One studio for your site, your company PDF and your pitch deck, so it all speaks in the same voice.

Built for small businesses and founders who want work that looks considered and actually converts — not a template with a logo on top.

Case 01 / Primary

NAS

Nordic Advanced Systems builds UAV propulsion engines — purpose-built, NATO-aligned, engineered in Denmark. The job: a web and document system that matches that technical credibility, screen to print.

Documents

The same system, in print.

A Company Profile, a technical datasheet and a UAV control-systems deck — all looking like they came from the same place as the site, because they did. This pairing of web and print is the work I do that most studios don't.

05 / About

You work with me.

I'm Simon — a designer and developer based in Aalborg. I started Nielsen Studio after working with clients who wanted something more considered than templates.

I take on a small number of projects at a time. You work with me, not a team of account managers.

/ How I work

  1. Discovery

We talk about what you're making, who it's for, and what the site needs to do. I listen more than I pitch.

  2. Design

I build the direction in code, not static mockups. You see real screens early and we iterate.

  3. Build

Hand-coded, no templates. You follow along; I commit in small steps so nothing is a black box.

  4. Launch

Deployed, live, and handed over. I'm still here afterward.
